I may pop up this weekend and wondered if anyone knew which rides are currently not in operation.....?

Last I heard the Space Invader, Gold Mine, Rollercoaster & Haunted Hotel were SBNO.

At the moment, with Ms Thompson shutting down rides here there and everywhere I think its easier to ask what is operating tongue.gif

Last time I went last year everything was open bar Space Invader as far as I could tell.

But I believe that this year Rollercoaster, Haunted Hotel and Gold Mine are only open on select weekends. Something about the running costs being too high or something along those lines anyway.

If Infusion, PMBO, Steeplechase, Avalanche, Ice Blast and Irn Bru Revolution are open it's still a good day wink.gif

Shame they don't have a thing on their website telling you what is open/closed.

I am willing to turn a blind eye to poor safety regimes as long as they get the theming right. In Six Flags, we get neither.

Yes agree. Thanks guys for the replies, not sure what to do at the moment, I love the rides in the park but its gonna be a waste of a 5 hour drive if they are not working!!! Cheers smile.gif

Rollercoaster has been running this season until the start of this week, but now seems to have closed, though it may still open at the weekend if they think its going to be busy enough. Similarly gold mine may or may not be open!

Aside from SBNO attractions, Bling will probably still be closed - it seems to be having serious issues this year.

I thought they had got rid of Bling.

They got rid of Spin Doctor a few years back, but Bling is still there. On a good program it's a fantastic ride, would love to see Alton invest in something similar, or some sort of spinning ride at least!
