Hey people!

I've looked all over the internet for Air recreations on RCT3 for a while now but just could not find a detailed version.
This is mine. I've been working on it since around Monday. I understand the track is not perfect but this is RCT3. The only custom set I have used it Steelworx as I really don't think any other set was needed because if you use the in game sets with a bit of imagination you can make pretty much anything.

This is AIR-BETA. It was a warm up for something far bigger coming along later this year. I hope you like my work and feel free to add you views.

A download (thanks to AT MANIA) and video should be ready tomorrow.

Very, very nice Sawyer, this ride is another detailed piece of achievement. I love the amount of detail in the surrounding area and how you can see part of the Nemesis track (would that be hint of what you are recreating? biggrin.gif). Keep up the good work smile.gif

The nemesis track was there for authenticity. Air was not part of a full park it was just the ride. As to your question of hints... keep an eye out around here for a big announcement coming in the next few days.

Looks great, reminds me what a brilliant layout Air has. I haven't been on it in ages and after being on other flying rides, Air looks really long and close to the ground. On ride videos of Manta don't look that good by comparison.

I don't agree. I think Manta looks fantastic. Tatsu also looks very fun. I think "Air" is the most flying feeling ride. Others seem more normal intence B+M.

In their favour they have the pretzel loop which is probably the greatest element on any roller coaster ever. The upside down bit on Air is still unique.

Ah that's a shame, do you have the AIR file? Would love to have a play with it! Can host it for you if you would like.

Ah thats cool no worries. You said in your first post a download would be hosted by atmania, is that site still going? I've had a look and it looks like its been down for a while. I only ask because they have recreation of Alton for RCT2 on there apparently by Dudeybrad? I really would like to see it, if someone has it?

The site is down because its having a large revamp. I'm sure Neil wont mind me saying that.

Dunno about that guys Alton, I'm pretty sure its a "prime" not a recreation thou.
