Hi!

Im starting this topic too see what u lot would want from a RCT4 if they make one here's some of my ideas:

Create-a-Coaster: You can design your very own brand of coaster and decide things like track type, car type, coaster type (e.g sitting down) and you can create water rides and dark rides too.

Restaraunts: No more crappy carnival stalls insted we get restaraunts like KFC, Burger King ect.
Plus a restaraunt designer.

Height Restrictions: Design different height restrictions for your rides e.g: 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 or 48", 52", 54".

Peeps:Design heigts for peeps e.g: 1.2 ect.
And choose their favourite brand of coaster for them e.g: flying, inverted ect.
Choose their ages

Holidays: Celebrate Holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter ect. with special scenery

Parking Lots: Proper Parking Lots outside parks

Season Tickets: Be able to sell season tickets

one of the things that id want is time lapsed building... a coaster does not just get built and ridden, it takes time for the land altered, supports, track, theming..... dont know if you know, monopoly tycoon or those kind of city games, buildings are built by plasing a blueprint then scafolding is erected around it... thats what id like to see...

img showing my basic drawing of how it would be....

Ooh, I like the time lapsed thing. I would just like it to work on my computer without crashing randomly smile.gif

I'd like a game that could actually function well on most computers. A game which doesn't lag the moment you build one well themed ride. A game which isn't full of bugs. A game with decent gameplay.

But then again, I've got RCT2, so I'm not too bothered.

i would like it if u clear a bit of land were u are going to build the ride then u design the ride on a coaster designer the size of that space then u click on put in park the builder come and build it like it takes time to build it.

And ur park shuts over chrismas but u can plan events for the park to be open like Winter Weekenders

yeah, like you set out an area then use a prog like no limits to design the track HOW EVER YOU WANT, instead of predefined angles, but you can save elements so you can build it like rct...

I agree it also u could put 'Coming Soon' billboards around that guests stop & look at.

Plus they need PROPER stations not just catwalks & u should be able to design your own station. biggrin.gif

I agree with all the above. biggrin.gif I would also like to see Real Supports, instead of having to do it ourselfs (Even though I like pumpers Steelworx and Mouseworx smile.gif)

Also the allowence of being able to build inversions diagonally, I know that Extended coaster allows you to do this with certain track types, but I would like to be able to do it with ALL Coaster types.

well if you make a coaster in the style of no limits, the track can do anythin you want it to do, just like no limits, although i suppose it could have special restraints on the track like how much it can bend so not to break the car and have height guides so they cant colide...

Fastrack tickets!

also, to be able to select the catagory of your ride eg. Main ride, family ride, kids ride, NEW ride etc

then queues build up BIG on the main and new rides, and guests queue up outside the park gates before it opens then theres the mad dash for the new and main rides!!

I like Towersdudes Idea! Also things like WW (Winter Weekends) will just be too hard for the engineers at Atari to create!! Its way too hard!

I would also like Switch Track pieces for the rides, meaning you can have two stations, without having to do the options cheat. Also this piece could be used for goin backwards, like Expedition Everest. biggrin.gif

Also track that is movable from the actually track to the Storage for the trains smile.gif (Your theme park would have to close for like 15 mins Real time, everday. Just adds more realism to the game tongue.gif)

sleep.gif sad.gif well were to start!!!,
i am truly DISAPOINTED at rct 3 cuz the way the peeps look its not natrual blink.gif
so.i would like to see.FASTER GAMEPLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!cuz wene u make a relly cool park cool.gif it runs all slow :l
so thats a bummer.also i think the rcts have little space in building ur park.it would be relly cool if u can jst use up all the space cuz it gets annoying wene u are in the missle of building ur rollercoaster and u have to dilete parts tongue.gif
i no there is a cheat for this but it would be good to see a rct4 with no need to cheat the ride build limit.coz in r.l thers not a limit of how much u can build anyways.thanks for reading this (if u did)
blink.gif laugh.gif ph34r.gif wacko.gif cool.gif wink.gif wub.gif happy.gif rolleyes.gif mellow.gif

Thats exactyl what we need. make the game more like you are actualy in charge of it more fredom

btw you should be able to design posters for new rides then when you buy them a wooden fence gets built around with the posters on it and the date the ride is open and then you should be able to sea a firework show to start when the new ride opens but you should be able to make an instant ride if you want eg the first ride you build you dont want your guests walking in to a building site

I think they should have park recreations (e.g alton, thrope, oakwood) like on RCT Loopy Landscapes and they could be scenarios and saved sandbox games pls pre-built facardes for dark rides

That would be great ... annoying seeing all rides have a 0 minute queue.
