Third hotel for Alton Towers Resort

So only 10% of guests to the park stay in the hotels overnight, hmmm, i'd be interested to see what the room occupancy rates are during the year. I wonder if AT is actually short on capacity, or just to dam expensive for most people to warrant staying.

From what I gather, Alton Towers actually has excellent occupancy levels on a year-round basis. Only on some of the early December midweek's and January do they find it tough going.

has there been any new news about this?the planned hotel. not the april fool joke

id love for them to make more of a cheaper less premium resort for folks like us who cant afford the current hotels. but also dont want all the bell and whistles that the current ones offer. bog/shower/bed thats all we need tongue.gif

A campsite would be great but it would have to be about 25 ish per night.

No chance of an official camp site for Alton Towers, there are already plenty in the area.

True, last time we stayed in Linconshire, the time before that, we stayed in Shrewsbury.
It's a lot cheaper when you go camping. But next time we are driving all the way from Norwich (The city I live in) to Alton Towers.
