I can remember this ride. I think I went on it twice and on the second time, there was only me, my dad and two other kids on it, so it was quite embarrasing only us lot making all the noise etc on our own.

It was okay but not fantastic, so I suppose that's why it went.

I went on HH once with just one other person. Despite making no sound whatsoever I still felt like a complete fool.

I've got a mate at school who hates Ghost Trains/Haunted Houses. It's his first visit to Alton Towers this year on the 6th June with me and a few others. He dossn't go on anything by himself.

Saying that, he went on Trauma Towers (If that's what it's called) at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and he diddn't seem to be too restless then.

I'll have to wait and see how he feels about DUEL.

I remeber this 'ride' if u want 2 call it that. You had to wait ages before you could get in and when you did you have 2 run about loooking into windows untill the end when everyone saw you. I remember a window you had to look into and it said press the button and then make a funny face. Anyway i'm new here and I remember lots about past vists

Welcome to the Alton Towers Almanac Forum Bubba

I never saw this attraction as my first visit to Alton Towers was last year. But of pictures and descriptions that people have provided it seems to be a OK attraction of the little ones and I would of liked to have a go biggrin.gif But seriosuly, why was the attraction clossed? What length was the attraction?

Anyone know/get any pictures of what it is like inside? cool.gif

Ok time 2 think about this ride as much as I can. It went on 4 10 mins maybe more and only a small group could go at a time so it took ages 2 wait. there was no q line it was just a man or women saying 2 come back at wot ever time. The rooms I can remember are and these are not in order, A room with a ball pool and ropes to run across it was like a mini adventure park. everyone could run about as much as they like and then the crew that were there would tell you 2 move 2 the next room 4 filming(but u never knew that) other room was you had 2 throw basketballs into toilet bowls hanging on the wall(?) then an other room which was fairly small but had handles and values that you turn and it made noises(wow) i can remember one lever not working so it might have been closed because of things not working. then thre was a longish room with holes in the wall which you looking into, one of them was you put ur full head into and a farting noise went of in ur ear (thankly no smell) then the last room(I may have missed some rooms out) were you sat down on benchs and there was a screen infront of you, then they spill the beans you were being filmed and they showed a short film of all of you making an ass of ur self. No i have remeber something now i don't know if it was at the very start or end but you got ur photo taken while you were sitting on a wierd rugrats chair, thay was theon-ride photo you could buy at the end(all the babies from rugrats were put in by a computer sitting beside you) I never bought one casue i was 12 at the time so it was a babish. then you left. any questions about that just ask. i think it could of been cloased becasue of money because there was lots of film used and lighting and speakers and so on that could be damaged. Maybe all the old speakers got taken out of this and put around towers street!

Edit out his face if it's that bad.

Or enlarge and enhance it to embarrass him as much as you possibly can. wink.gif

Cool sort of - from what I can make out he sat on a bench? I'll ask him.

And the rugrats looked like they sat around him, using the technology that's used like in duel where that ghost dude appears in the back middle.

The Nickelodeon building is still intact with the slides and everything, but it is now used as storage for video game machines, slot rides and slot Machines. The slurp and Burp cafe chairs are being used out side of Pirate bills Club at the Hotel.

The Alton Towers managment could of easily not used film and upgraded their hardware to a PC. Saved the vid as it was being taken on the Hard Drive, showed it and erased the video after that group had left etc.
