I'm obviously a high profile name on ATA laugh.gif

I am willing to turn a blind eye to poor safety regimes as long as they get the theming right. In Six Flags, we get neither.

Opinions, I'm especially interested in the opinions of those who saw the old site, is it an improvement?

I'm not even going to reply to that. It's the kind of post you expect from somebody my age, not a 23 year old.

Its definitely an improvement. But it still needs some more creativity to make it stand out a little bit more in my opinion.

I love that you got the Bookworm in the video though; the day he goes the park is dead.

Million times better than the first site I saw you attempt Dan.

I suggest you get some compatibility with IE for the video on the index. Firefox may be the browser of choice for many of the younger generation and techies, but IE still holds over 70% of the browser market.
There are wayyyy too many forum categories in my opinion. Completely daunting to look at for someone who hasn't posted there yet.

Nice work though. smile.gif

I have sent him the homepage that works with IE, but he seems to keep forgetting to put it on...huh.gif

The forum has now been converted to Zetaboards, and is slightly easier to navigate.

And, as far as I am aware, the YouTube video now works in Internet Explorer. happy.gif

You can also download the Cloud Cuckoo Land music from the site. smile.gif

Nice start mate. I have a good knowledge in coding and have Dreamweaver if you would like some help. If you wanted as well I could have a crack at making you a logo/banner for the site as I have different imaging programs.

Hmm... you still on for that logo / banner? happy.gif

Thanks!

Oh yeah, since it's the school Easter holidays I've been a bit bored so have been working on the sight.

Today I set up the MySpace page- http://www.myspace.com/really_rollercoaster
Tomorrow I'm going to set up a Bebo page for the site.

And by the end of Easter I'll have probably nearly finished the site's Chessington section, which launches in June 2009.

I'm glad you all like the new site anyway. I've noticed an increase in visitors too, which can only be a good thing! smile.gif

Has anybody found any problems though? If you have please let me know as I want to get problems fixed ASAP!

We've drawn up plans for another site re-design, to launch at the same time as the Chessington section. I think it's another huge improvement.

Hey there again guys! Some of you probably know we have a YouTube account, and I just thought I'd tell everybody about our weekly YouTube updates, yes they are much like Sanbrooke's but they cover AT and TP news. smile.gif

Please comment, I want your opinions!

At the end of the month there will be another change, the new template will look like this...

We'll also have 6 complete sections online - Alton Towers, THORPE PARK, Chessington, Oakwood, Drayton Manor & Pleasure Beach Blackpool, with plans for a section for a mystery park from abroad coming soon. Thoughts? biggrin.gif
